The agents installed my TV and made all my connections. They were awesome.

Bought a new 50" Flat Screen and used Geek Squad to deliver and set it up. I ordered the TV online without going into the store which is important to me while Covid is still a threat. The Geek Squad installer brought it to my home and set it up. He got it hooked up to my WIFI and got NetFlix, Amazon Prime and Disney all up and running for me. I could have done this all myself but it would have taken me 3x longer. Saved me a lot of time having someone else do the setup.

Service was fast and efficient. Techs showed me how to use the controls and also answered several questions. Very pleased with this service.

I had the Geek Squad setup and calibrate my TV and BlueRay player nearly 5 years ago. They were very professional and knew their stuff! Pay a little extra and have the Geek Squad set up electronics for you!

Your tech guy called ahead and was on time.......he carefully explained how the television 65 inch Samsung worked and went through the features. He was very helpful

The installers did a great job of mounting it on the wall and connecting everything. They made sure that everything worked and that we could operate them before they left.

I bought a netgear ac 1200 router. I was at a loss of how to connect it. There weren't any real instructions with the router or TV. Called Geek Squad and they had it up and running in about 15-20 mins. Very satisfied.
