Set up and connected quickly. No problems with connecting and the cable remote works with the TV and the cable box!

He did a super job of installation and answering all questions.

It was so worth the money to have to technician come to set up the TV. He also connected all of my other components and showed me how to use the TV. He was incredibly professional and patient with my questions.

Setup of my TV along with my receiver, DVD player and TiVo all went smoothly and I even got directions on setting up my universal remote.

Purchased the in-home Geek Squad setup for my new 65-inch TCL TV. Worth every penny…they did an amazing job! Helped educate me on the product & had the TV installed and working in 30 minutes. Customer service at its best!

The installer was very knowledgable and made a recommendation for getting my problem corrected. It was no fault of his but the cable provider who sent me a defectrive box.

Installed OK however missed on set-up of the correct loudness. Needed the geek squad to come back to adjust the voice to the remote. All personnel need to know the policies of Bust Buy. I was told I could return a TV for disposal when I return the entrance squad and I had a scene making me non receptive of returning to purchase further electronic equipment!!!!

Two men brought my 65' Sony TV and installed it. They hooked it up and made sure I had everything installed that I currently watch. They were very helpful.

Install went fine. Realized later that the sound bar went off with the tv remote but did not go on with the tv remote. Called to get tech support. Got the installers cell number to call direct otherwise 2 weeks b4 tech could come. Left 2 voicemails on techs cell but got no response. Tech was scheduled to come yesterday but was sick and had to cancel the appointment. The customer service person said he would call the local office to reschedule and would get back to me later in the day, no response. Today I received an automated message saying the appointment had been canceled and I would have to contact them to reschedule. Needless to say I'm a bit frustrated.

Excellent service. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up every speck of dust from the drill. TV looks great!

The agents delivered my new TV and took away my old one. Everything was set up and running just as I had expected.

The Agents mounted my new TV quickly and explained all options and different channels and how to find them and use them properly.

The 2 man team that installed my 2 Sony XBR 950 TV sets exceeded my expectations. They went well above and beyond the call of duty in mounting the sets on the wall in my family room and master bedroom. They did it in a way so that there wasn’t an exposed wire or cable to be seen. They encountered some unexpected issues and without any fanfare they rolled up their sleeves and made it all work. I couldn’t be happier. In the past I have dealt with boutique high end audio/video stores and didn’t think that a mass merchandiser like BB could deliver the same level of service—-WRONG! The Magnolia Audio people are AWESOME and so is the Geek Squad.

These guys were great, friendly and new what they were doing. They answered all my questions and setup everything perfectly.

I love having a smart TV. Great picture and I don’t have to wear my glasses to see the screen anymore, it’s such a large screen. I really needed the Geeks to install it, they were amazing and fast.
