My new TV is on a stand, so wall mounting wasn't needed. But, I definitely felt more comfortable if the TV was set up by someone with expertise, and I definitely got that! He also moved my heavy stand to a more convenient location about a foot to one side, and set up my Apple TV box in a new location with no problem at all. Very happy with my experience.

Agent arrived on time and set up tv and checked several channels. I could not figure out how to pull up local broadcast stations and he patiently showed me how.

The agent, Alberto, mounted the TV on a base stand, wired TV to surround sound system, tied both thru one remote. He than ran thru the complete set up with me, testing channels, streaming services, so I knew everything worked the way it should. He was a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable.

Big thank you to the Geek Squad worker that delivered and set up my Samsung TV and DVD player. He took his time explaining how to use it all seamlessly. I rate him 100% on service.

I called your Geek Squad because I was having a few problems with my computer and I talked to Agent Miquel and he was fantastic' He was very patient and knowledgeable and I let him get into my computer by remote and he solved my problem within 30 to 40 minutes plus he found other issues on my computer and fixed them also. Thank god we bought the Geek squad service menu, it is well worth it, And your Geek Squad has the best experts ever. Everyone is very Pleasant, Courtest, and knowledgeable. and I trust them 100% to do any work that I need to be done.
