We’ve had WiFi connection problems in our home. Our Geek Squad Agent Kyle helped us install a new NetGear Modem and eeros mesh system through the house and it works perfectly. He did an excellent job, competent, smart and just made it look easy. Then he went about setting up a new printer not originally a part of the work requested. He was easy to work with, professional mad fast. Thank you Kyle …. Great job!

My new TV is on a stand, so wall mounting wasn't needed. But, I definitely felt more comfortable if the TV was set up by someone with expertise, and I definitely got that! He also moved my heavy stand to a more convenient location about a foot to one side, and set up my Apple TV box in a new location with no problem at all. Very happy with my experience.

The Geek squad set up my TV and all my other devices. They explained how everything worked. They were also very friendly.

The installer came when he said he would, politely and competently helped me get access to all my streaming on the new Smart TV, even though I do not understand these connections. Very quick and helpful and I am loving the quality of the new TV. My only disappointment was that it took over a week for the Geek Squad to schedule my delivery and installation that as a 78year old arthritic woman I could not ever bring home myself.

Terrific. Set up was for a 90 year old woman who's 15 year old TV gave out. The cabinet she insisted on using was a tight fit. The guys were very personable and patient. Explained things well. She is very happy.

Installer was very meticulous in setting up our complicated system and did a great job in explaining the operation of the product when he finished.

The agent who came to set up my TV was Nolan Twiss. He was fantastic: very personable, knowledgeable, kept me informed before his arrival, very helpful. I can't say enough good things about him. You need to definitely keep him!! Setup was flawless.

Very neat and careful installation by highly competent geek squad personnel. They made sure everything was set up properly and took all the time necessary to train me on how to operate everything. What a great experience.
