The two technicians, Carlos and Michael did a great job getting me set up with my new TV and stand. Very friendly and professional!

He did a great job setting it up and activating icons for our long standing but largely unused Netflix and Hulu accounts. He also set it up so we could access legacy VCR and an Xbox that was used to play DVDs.

The 2 Geek Squad members were Extremely helpful in setting up my TV as well as explaining the features of my LG TV

We’ve had WiFi connection problems in our home. Our Geek Squad Agent Kyle helped us install a new NetGear Modem and eeros mesh system through the house and it works perfectly. He did an excellent job, competent, smart and just made it look easy. Then he went about setting up a new printer not originally a part of the work requested. He was easy to work with, professional mad fast. Thank you Kyle …. Great job!

Geek squad is excellent. They were nice , professional, clean and very detailed in installing all of my products.

The Greek squad mounted all my TVs and connected my other devices to the TVs. They did an awesome job and didn’t take long putting the stands together and connecting everything.

The Geek squad agent explained everything well and had me try it. He also provided some computer assistance while he was here and made sure the removal of old equipment went well.

They did a great job of installing and connecting my sound bar to the new TV. Looks and sounds great.

I live in Fla & I purchased a 50” TV for my daughter in Colorado, who just moved into her new apt. She lives on the 2nd floor & I was so happy to know that Best Buy would deliver and hook it up for her. She said they were very courteous to her & friendly to her new puppy. Geek Squad is the reason I prefer to purchase all my electronics from Best Buy. They have always come through every time I need them.
