Geek Squad delivered and setup my tv in a timely manner....great job setting it up and they took extreme care to make sure there were no issue...

The Geek squad came and disconnected the other TV and connected my new TV and the Xbox and Netflix for me.

I arranged for Geek Squad to setup my 55” TV. The gentleman from Geek Squad made sure my TV was completely set up from the picture, settings, wi-fi connection, and placed on my TV stand. He even showed my son how to use the TV features.

The technician was outstanding very professional on time and very kind wit my in-laws. He knows what he is doing.

geek squad completed the installation easily and quickly and spent some time, at my request, answering any relevant operational questions I could think of.

Finally joining the 21st century by replacing an older CRT TV (cathode ray tube) with a flat screen smart tv. Not knowing what the job would entail we purchased the Geek Squad installation package as well

The installer came when he said he would, politely and competently helped me get access to all my streaming on the new Smart TV, even though I do not understand these connections. Very quick and helpful and I am loving the quality of the new TV. My only disappointment was that it took over a week for the Geek Squad to schedule my delivery and installation that as a 78year old arthritic woman I could not ever bring home myself.

They showed up when they said they would. They quickly setup the new operation, with little mess and great care. I appreciate the efforts they took to set it up. I have physical limitations and I didn't have to do anything. They were in and out within 20 minutes. So efficient. Everything was aet up and operated immediately.

The Geek Squad called first, was here as scheduled. Did their installation, then walked me through the use of the new TV, they also hooked up our new Blu-ray player and shared how to use it as well. Thanks Geek Squad.

The techs were outstanding. They set everything up and programmed everything. Then, they taught us how to use everything. They were patient and their knowledge and expertise was worth every penny. Hours of frustration saved if we had attempted the job ourselves.

Geek Squad set up my new TV quickly, reconnected my streaming services and clearly described basic operation of new remote. Promised to follow up with me, but didn't -- which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
