They did a great job on my new tv the first one that failed not so much but in the end came through for me the reason for 5 stars

These guys are terrific. They were on time, kept us in the loop on the way over. Both guys were really good with an 86 year-old and equally as good with us. They set everything up, were as patient as we could ever have hoped for, taught us what we needed to know and were really professional from start to finish. Daniel and Jesse.... thank you very much for all of your help and expertise!!

The installation was fast. The Geeks were professional.

The Geek Squad installed our new 55” TV and DVD player. They were efficient and also friendly. They moved our old TV and DVD player to the basement. Everything works great. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time. Set up the new Television and checked all connections to the other equipment. Hauled all the waste and old equipment. Good service.

Lance Morgan and the gentlemen with him, whose name I can't recall, were very knowlegeable and professionable. They were also very friendly and helpful in explaining the TV and setup to my other systems.

The tech that came out to deliver my TV did a great job and even came back the next day to take care of unexpected issue. However, Geek Squad did not come out. It was a third party vendor. Not a big deal considering that the job was well done, but a bit misrepresented by the store.

Excellent, friendly service as always. Got everything connected quickly and left everything neat as a pin.

Excellent service and support in addition to a great TV

Brian came is on time, set it up quickly, showed me what I needed to know and more, made my entire setup more manageable and neater. I could not be happier with his work.

They showed up on time with face masks and shoe covers. they installed my TV correctly and in a timely manner. They also reconnected my surround sound. Great job!

I didn't want to risk handling this TV because it is large and I am prone to mishaps with anything glass. The tech skillfully installed it and connected all the other components

delivered and conected my tv , and did a very good job.

In less than half-an-hour, Geek Squad had the 65" LG-C4 unit set up and operational . . . including connections to an existing high-end sound system and installing online subscriptions. Flawless.

These two gentlemen were fantastic!! They were very friendly, polite, and professional, but even better than that they really knew what they were doing. They installed my new Samsung TV, hooked it up to the internet, and my new wireless headphones, and my Sony DVD player. There was a glitch in the software, but they trouble shooted it and got it fixed almost immediately. Unless you are a tech EXPERT, I would strongly advise you to hire the Geek Squad. They are WELL WORTH the money. I never would have been able to do what they did. And they did it all in one hour and 10 minutes! They hauled my old giant TV away as well. VERY good experience! Great guys!

The agents were prompt, pleasant, professional and proficient in their installation of my product and gave me reason to feel good about the choice I made.

set up seemed fine, however, we noticed, a few days later the tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night. Weird. Turned it off. However it continues to turn back on in the middle of the night. I am unable to solve the problem. I am requesting someone come and fix the problem.

They were quick and efficient. Best of all they were patient and friendly.

They arrived as scheduled, on boxed and set up the tv where we wanted it, did the programming necessary and gave instructions for the tv's operation. couldn't have ask for more. great job
