Technician Terricka arrived on time and she was courteous and well informed. Set up TV, DVD player, and soundbar efficiently and explained how to operate them and demonstrated use of the remote controls.

My dishwasher was a little bit of a challenge to install but they were able to figure it out. I really appreciate the care they took to being careful installing everything. My appliances are beautiful. Love how quiet the dishwasher is. Thank you!

They came to exchange a tv that I thought was chipped & it was just the protective cover that was stuck on the tv. They didn’t plug all my devices back in so, that’s why I gave 4 stars.
