I loved the 2 techs. So helpful. Made sure I knew how everything worked. Got all the extras, like blue-ray player, set up and working. They were so worth the cost.

Two young men delivered our new 60” TV, installed and set up with our cable. Explained and set up AmAzon and Netflix. Hauled away old TV and did it quickly, efficiently and with a friendly attitude.

The installers were very professional and helpful during the set up process. The only issue was that they were about 5 hours late. Not their fault, poor scheduling by someone.

The Geek Squad had our TV and sound bar set up in under 45 minutes. They even cleaned up and removed all the packaging. I wish they had spent a bit more time with us, teaching us how to use the equipment.

The agents set up my new TV and updated the apps that need it including my router and explained that I could use the same remote as I had for my previous set.

I received very professional, fast and friendly service as I have come to expect when I purchased and Best Buy delivered and instld. my new LG 55" T.V. Now I have to take the time to buy a Samsung or some type that doesn't fight with the LG with the new firesticks. I have to get rid of the Vizio in the adjoining room because when I turn off one or the other than the remaining one will come on.

These guys really know their stuff, they did a great job of setting everything up, spent lots of extra time to make sure everything was just right, and made some awesome suggestions to make things even better!!!
