Tony was our tech associate that came to our home. He was excellent. Tony called the day before called before he arrived. Wore paper on his shoes and a mask. Very courteous and pleasant. Had to call for a question that night on an issue he quickly called back and walked me through and it was resolved so quickly. I never mind paying my yearly for the Geek Squad in-home and out they have always been wonderful. My best suggestion......do not fix what is not broken. Keep up the wonderful standards you have set. The Geeks I have dealt with in the last six years are all amazing and so very nice.

I usually set up my own equipment but this service was included with my TV purchase and I am glad that it did. Its nice having it set up correctly without worries of damage when handling the larger TV,

We had several agents work with us, due to a manufacturing issue that caused the first TV to not turn off. Replacement part didn’t fix the issue, but the Geek Squad agent contacted BB and arranged for an another new TV. Jay took care of everything. Every interaction with the Geek Squad was fantastic!!!!
