The guys installed my TV and set up my Fire Stick. I've had 5 Geeks and they've all been respectful and efficient.

The techs were outstanding. They set everything up and programmed everything. Then, they taught us how to use everything. They were patient and their knowledge and expertise was worth every penny. Hours of frustration saved if we had attempted the job ourselves.

The Geek Squad showed up on time (with three of them), they assembled the base, removed the old TV and set up the new one. I think in all of ten minutes I had a glorious picture on the screen.

They were promo and immediately made you feel at ease to ask questions. They were concerned that we totally understood. We were able to contact later with any questions after we were on our own.

The two installers very carefully removed TV from package, assembled the parts, made connections, and performed the set-up operations to make the TV ready for viewing. Expertly done!

It took 2 men 2 assemble it. They worked as a team and were done in 15 min. They hooked up the cable and programmed the remote. They took their time and answered all questions I had.

I have used this twice now, once for a 65 LG on a corner mount. They installed both the mount and the TV. I had them install a smaller TV at my moms house, that went flawless as well.
