I highly recommend using their delivery and installation people. Your purchase will be speedily set up and experts will be on the spot to answer any questions or deal with any problems. I also found that it was most economical to load your old TV into your vehicle and take it to your local Best Buy to recycle for a nominal fee.

set up my 65" Samsung tv. Made sure services (Amazon, Netflix, etc) were active and working. Did a quick check on picture dynamics. Answered a few questions we had. Overall efficient and when left had everything working.
