The two guys who set up our Samsung tv did an excellent job of explaining how the new tv and remote worked.

Enjoy our new Samsong TV. Sound and color are really sharp. Do not like the new remote control. Too confusing. Enjoyed the Geek team. Took lots of time with us. Very polite & helpful.

As usual Geek Squad did a great job with the setup of my Roku TV. I probably could have done it myself but the extra benefits of purchasing the Geek Squad service are more than worth it.

The agents did a excellent job setting up my new TV and hooking up my dvd recorder to my old TV that was relocated in my basement.

The agents were simply great. They unpacked and set up our 85" tv, took out the old one, removed all the boxes and packings quickly. They set up the TV, including all the internet connections. This involved moving the large fireplace that the TV sits on, rerouting the electrical cords and making sure the (old) amplifier works. They showed us how to use the remotes, so that when they left we were comfortable with all the new electronics. They went above and beyond the expected.

Jose did an excellent job connecting up our TV. Appreciated the updates as to the time he would arrive as well as his advice.

Installation crew did a great job! Will definitely take advantage of this option in the future...
