Extremely professional, setup, and adjusted picture quality, attached my appletv 4k, explained how to adjust sound, picture, ect, and set tv up to auto update. Geek squad is the best, all I had to do was sit and watch them work.

The geek squad guy was excellent, set the smart tv up with no problem, worth the cost. Very friendly and competent.

The Greek Squad were actually early came in set it up demonstrated how to program this particular model very courteous very professional very expedient was in and out in less than 1/2 hr happy I chose Best Buy Geek Squad...

I bought this excellent TV to be installed into an entertainment center (yes, it’s an older, beautiful piece of furniture but we love how it looks)! We used the Geek Squad because there were a few other things we needed to get taken care of. We were, and still are, very pleased with the great service we received and with the much improved picture we see on this LG OLED TV set. We are very happy with our decision to buy this TV and the Geek Squad services!

I always use geek squad to do all my setups. they are all good. they usually send at least 2 techs.I have had dozens of GEEK SQUAD techs in my home in the last 25 years. On this occasion only one tech came to my home and i was a little worried because i am elderly and not able to help this young man setup my new 77" sony bravia oled tv and my new sony dolby atmos sound system. I did not need to worry, I had just met the GREATEST geek squad tech in my life. This young man's name was Kirk Mcginty, and he was not only able to set up EVERYTHING by himself but he did so efficiently and perfectly! He also took the time to pair everything and show me how to navigate and use my first 4k systems! Kirk Mcginty,I will never forget your kindness!!

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my new 85" Samsung QLED Ultra HD TV and sound system. They showed me how everything worked, and even help set up one of the new streaming channels that I signed up for. Overall I am very happy with the service I received.

I had the Geek Squad deliver and set up the tv for us and I was over the top pleased with the service. Ian was very helpful with answering any question I had and answered them completely. Showed my everything I need to know about the new tv and options. Very pleased and highly recommend the service, even at the extra cost.

I had Geek Squad install my Vizio 70" 4K Smart TV and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to do it myself and chance doing it wrong. Geek Squad had it completed in minutes and did it right the 1st time. They instructed me on how to use the remote and the various settings. They were also on time and very professional.

Geek Squad was very thorough in completing my new Sony TV set up. They removed my old TV. They unpacked my new TV. I went down the complete check list and they did everything that was on the list. They answered my questions politely and listened to my concerns. They cleaned up and removed all the boxes and packing material. They set up my remote control and made sure I could view my programing. They really came through for me. They did it right.

Geek Squad agent was superior. He came on time, did the setup, clean up, and very patient with us on the orientation. Jeremy from the Geek Squad was great! He and his partner arrived on time and quickly set up our new TV and sound bar. He explained how to do everything and helped complete the smart tv set up with us.

The agent installed the functions on the TV . He was evidently efficient and competent; communicated respectfully and took the time to carefully explain the operation of the remote, etc. I truly appreciate the quality of service.

Purchased Geek Squad delivery, installation and setup for LG C4 OLED 55" TV and LG SC9S soundbar. The technician was very knowledgeable in the setup of both the TV and Soundbar and explained the setup to me as he completed each step. He demonstrated the TV/soundbar and assisted in getting a my apps setup. And he also setup the remotes for both the TV and my COMCAST dvr - and taught me how to avoid the annoying aspects to the LG magic remote. Can't say enough about how excellent he was in communicating with me and getting my new system setup.
