Geek Squad setup my TV and sound bar. Their level of knowledge astounds me. They walked me through the operation of use with ease. I seem to make all of my Smart electronics dumb! GEEK SQUAD rescues me every time.

I would give the guys a 10 out of 10 for the delivery. I couldn't put the 65 TV in my car vertically and also couldn't remove my old TV. So I used the Geek Squad. The TV arrived stored vertically and they were extremely careful in the whole process of putting it on the stand. They were great. Once we turned on TV and it came up ok that was all that I needed and they took off. I would say it was frustrating not being able to get an answer before delivery that the TV would be transported vertically, and I called TotalTech to try to find out before delivery date.

The technician arrived on time, studied the place where the TV stand was, and then brought in the box. He was careful with the technical details and explained everything clearly. He was also mindful of the aesthetic of the placement. He was very efficient with the installation, which was done in a short amount of time. He had helpful technical suggestions. In addition, he was respectful of my home: moved carefully around the furniture and wore plastic booties to spare the carpet. He was courteous and cheerful. He made my day!

Since I was hanging such a large (and expensive) TV, I didn't want to take on the task of hanging it myself. So I paid for Best Buy's Geek Squad to do it, and they did an outstanding job. They even ran some fiber optic cables I had, at no additional charge.

Having Geek Squad set up our new smart TV was the smartest thing we could do. Having the tech here enabled the TV to be set up in a fraction of the time. He demonstrated how the TV functions, especially since we are not gamers and do not have streaming services. He set it up to default to our Spectrum service and even took all of the packaging back with him. Very appreciative for this service.

Ryan delivered our new LG tv and sound bar. He installed it and expertly went through the set-up protocol. Was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions. I'm sure it would have taken us forever to struggle thru set-up and adjustments. He showed us the basics of tv navigation and we felt ready to go. Thank you Ryan.

I have had the computer now for about 24 hrs. I got a 14 inch screen which was perfect. It has great features and unlike some other models, the powerful battery stays cool when charging. The screen is vivid and crisp The keyboard touch is great but the layout of the keyboard is slightly different than my Dell, so I will take a few days to adapt to the keyshapes and layout. The aren't radically different but the spacing is a bit different than my prior model. I love that it has Alexa built in and can double as a tablet! And these tiny speakers have GREAT sound. I wouldn;t think you could get such good sound from the small speakers but it makes listening to music a joy! Very happy,

Agent setup the tv and helped us program apps that we wanted. Took the time to show us how to navigate thru the apps. Great job, very impressed with the agent.

Our installer was fabulous! He kept me up to date on his timing for delivery and delivered a great product and a great set up. Texts / emails from Best Buy were useless. Fortunately our installer provided real, useful information!

These guys were great. They were professional, personable and efficient. They had me set up and running in no time with helpful instructions as to the functionality of my new TV and helpful hints. Well worth the price to have everything taken care of for me. They were patient with me and my numerous questions as well and even told me what I needed to connect some older equipment to work with my new TV. The geek squad came in before the scheduled start, were very polite, quick and professional, the job at hand was finished and double checked that everything was perfect and worked properly, then they cleaned up and left everything like they were never there, I would use the service again and would recommend to everyone

First the salesperson at Best Buy was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our purchases. Secondly, the installers that set up our tv were also very friendly and did a very nice job.

John and Israel gave me the best service and the Kindest and Most Professional service Techs I have ever had the pleasure to experience! They both were extremely knowledgeable. Setup was fast and extremely friendly. They taught me everything I needed to know. They did an excellent job in minutes.
