The Geek squad are great but the contracted people do not know your products or how to help

Cornealous and his partner were great. Super quick install and set up and answered all my questions .

The agents kept me informed of their scheduled arrival. They took the broken TV and set up this new TV. They were efficient & answered all my questions. They explained how to use the different TV functions.

I got a Sony 55" Smart TV and was Extremely Please with the setup that the Geeks did. She was very quick and through. So far, I'm Very Pleased with my TV and the setup. Thanks so much Geeks :) :) :)

The Geek guys delivered my 75" Samsung TV to my home. Had it unboxed and set up in less than an hour. They showed me how to use the remote and downloaded some applications I needed. Great Joy Guys!

Helped set up our new OLED television and demo the functionality of numerous features. They were extremely patient with my lack of technical skills and stayed until I was able to understand and manage every new feature.

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly, set it up well and attached my other devices. The agent did a great job explaining the setup and showed me how to use the remote and troubleshoot for certain issues that I may come across.

Salvador was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me get everything setup and showed me some things on the remote.

The website was so confusing ordering the three TVs installed that I ended up double ordering. The first subcontractor show up and did the work and the following day I got a call that another Geek squad technician was coming to do the installation. I told him it had already been done. When I tried to get it resolved in the store, they told me that they too had to use the same toll free number I had. When I called they told me they had to wait for the second technician to close the order before reimbursement. After a week no reimbursement showed up, I then visited the retail office and they apologized, but again could only call that same toll number. I also had gotten text messages about the two technician visits and when I responded the auto response provided no proper response. I then went to my Visa credit card company and disputed the charge which is still in process and I did receive a credit for the second work order not performed. What surprised me the most is that the local retail office does not supervise or control these technicians, and instead uses the same toll free number to deploy Geek Squad.

Geek squad is so professional and really help you understand TV and patient with questions.

Used Geed Squad to hang & connect a flat screen. Technician showed up on time, was professional and friendly. Glad we had this done professionally.

Tech came during appt. window. Was knowledgeable and was finished in about 2 + hours. Showed us all of the features and how to use our new TV (sounds funny but this baby is connected to our Wi Fi and has features we were not even aware of). All in all a good experience.

The agent was nice and installed both tvs quickly and tried unsuccessfully to hookup my tv streamer for my cochlear implant but I needed to go get another cord and then it worked.

The guys were professional and hooked everything up so quickly. Highly recommend.

When I watch Geek Squad mount TVs it sure looks like common sense and easy. I’ve decided I’d rather pay them to do it the right way and I’ll keep watching.
