Gymbo came and hooked up my new television as I was having a watch party for Caitlin Clark’s first game in two days. It was his time off and he was late for a family function, but had me hooked up in no time and gave me his cell number in case I had problems. I was so grateful for his helping me out.

Delivery was on time and set-up was completed in less than 15minutes. The Geek Squad agent cleaned-up the entire area and thanked me for my business. Plus….totally pleased with the TV purchased.

I am so very grateful for the service from Michael at GeekSquad! He was funny, calm, best of all diligent and able to quickly install the mount and tv. He reported the issue and helped me move forward getting a replacement. He was then able to come back out and reinstall the new tele that worked like a charm! Set up guys were very professional and did an excellent job explaining everything. So glad we had Best Buy deliver and set it all up.

The technician was very professional, explained thingsa clearly, and was able to troubleshoot all the issues connecting th tv to th exhisting equipment. Friendly and professional. He deserves a raise, a promotion and probably a vacation. 5 stars.

Thank you to Philip and Jose from Geek Squad in Southern California who helped to resolve my delivery issues and get us all set up. After a much anticipated delivery, the two agents showed up with my new television, connected, and set up my new Sony BRAVIA A9S flawlessly. They made what was an unpleasant situation easier, and I am thankful for their ability to resolve an issue and simultaneously exceed my expectations with my new purchase!

The set up person did a wonderful job. This was a swap out deal where the original TV (Toshiba 55L621U) was not the right TV for my 85 year old mother who lives in assisted living in Spring Lake MI and I purchased the original set in Lansing and brought it up to her and set it up for her. She was not happy with the volume or having to re-select the input every time she turned the set on. I worked out the swap at the Lansing store and the Muskegon store picked up the Toshiba and set up the Insignia 55DR710NA17 for her. She was very happy with service provided. I am also very happy with the service since it saved me a 300 mile round trip to swap out the TVs.

The installation of the TV went very well. The installer explained everything I needed to know.

Thw set up guys installed my new TV quickly and installed a wall mount that I needed but didn't purchase ahead of time, they even had it with them on the truck!

I had two of the most incredible and knowledgeable team come into my home and set up my Tv They hooked up the internet and tv provider in less than an hour They were the best

The 2 Geek Squad techs that came to my home were great wore their masks, shoe covers, very polite. They took down my previous plasma and removed from my home, unpacked and set up my new TV, one of the the techs did a outstanding job neatly rolled excess wires with zip ties, and electrical tape in the back of TV. The other tech installed my apps for me, hooked up sound system, and blu-ray player with my universal remote. They left no mess behind, even discarded large empty box, and Styrofoam packing for me.

Guys doin the set up were friendly, clean, and helpful. I took one star off because so some issues they had getting everything working, but in the end everything was working. I would gladly have the same crew return for a future install. My scheduled wall mount for my Sonos surround speakers, Seems the part is on back order over a month, was supposed to be available the morning of the tv install. Not the crews fault at all, and i would be happy having them back to install the mounts!

the service was to deliver and set up a 55 Samsung Smart TV. Delivery was on time, I received precise notifications and delivery/set up was quick and efficient. The Geek Squad service person explained only the features I wanted to know about and did the settings exactly as I wanted. Excellent service.
