The Geek squad techs removed old TV, installed new TV to stand, and set up to Cable and sound bar quickly and easily. Also I asked them to give me a tutorial so would know how to use the basic channels and apps I use. Great service and very helpful. Was covered under my plan so no extra service charge.

I graduated from a 42" Plasma TV to this Q60T Smart TV. I was really concerned that I would not get as good a picture as what I was getting with the Plasma model but am very pleased to report that the picture quality is just as good, if not a bit better. It's also very nice to have the ability rely on the Geed Squad. They came out and very quickly and easily set up my new TV. They then took the time to show me how to add streaming programs, how the remote worked, and different little insights to making sure everything ran smoothly.

Christian was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. He explained how YouTube tv worked and made sure I understood how to find it in the apps. He also said if I had problems with tiling, it could be we would need a new modem because I was still using the one from Spectrum and I had 3 tvs, an Alexa, a Ring doorbell and my phone all on it.

Installer was polite and fast. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he ignored my request for cord control, so I had to disconnect and reconnect to make things look neat.

I worked with Chris and Don. I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm the tentative time of arrival and service. Then the day of, Chris called and let me know they would be arriving within an hour. That was awesome! He and Don did a fantastic job setting up the TV. They were professional, on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, which I appreciated since it snowed the day before. They did an excellent job sharing with me the features of the TV and made sure I was comfortable with everything before departing. Will definitely request their support again and highly recommend them to other customers. Thanks guys!!

I was able to take advantage of the holiday pricing for this service. I am glad that I did. I didn't have this service when my first tv arrived damaged. I made sure to get it when I ordered the replacement. It may not like you don't need it, but think about 'white glove' treatment. The peace of mind was worth it. Plus, it was part of the overall plan with additional benefits.

It was great having 2 Geek Squad members to bring in and install the television. It literally took both of them to do it. Also, glad that they were able to arrive while still daylight (since the order had noted on it that no neighborhood or home exterior lighting available. They were technically savy also when it came to setting up the operational components of the tv and teaching us how to do all the things that we hope to do with the system. They also coded in our wi-fi with the television. We are very happy customers following this experience.

Two Geek Squad persons to install & interconnect every component (5) of a new entertainment center--to a new circuit breaker that will be the only line of defense ever needed to protect from loss again, my entire entertainment center. Efficient, fully coordinated in their work; effective, readily understood in their communication; meticulous in their attention to each component in its own function--and in its integration with the additional components. They concluded with handing me the remote control device--now, quite literally the authentic extension of my choices, allowing me to execute each one with ease and clarity. The installers hooked up the TV with the cable, Roku, and DVD player. They gave a lesson on how use the remotes. They disposed the old TV and cleaned up after installation.

Delivery, installation and set-up was fantastic. Following that, he explained the system and adjusted it to our desires and usage.
