    Two Geek Squad gentlemen arrived to deliver our new 65" Samsung TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! They set up our new TV and made it simple for us to understand how it worked and how to operate the remote to accomplish what we needed. It is our first Smart TV so we were grate for the guidance.

    We were lucky to get the Geek Squad Tech that came to hook up our beautiful Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TV. He was well groomed and slipped on cool Geek Squad shoe covers without being asked to do so. He got right to work, making sense out of the knotted mess of cords behind our old TV, quickly and professionally hooking everything up. When he turned the new TV on the picture was absolutely gorgeous. He explained the features and remote and how to use it. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to everyone, I'm happy we did!!!!

    Great team. They knew exactly what to do and went about the installation quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and courteous answering all my questions and made sure I i was familiar with the new remote. They made sure there was nothing left behind in terms of boxes, scraps and debrey .

    Geek Squad Set Up a LG 55" C1

    Agents were careful with setup of new C1 and removal of old 192# tube set. Showed me how to use wireless to take advantage of HBO Max. For our household's needs, tech service was outstanding as to punctuality, set-up, clean-up, and courtesy. Though set could use some fine tuning as to its potential, we understood setup is not a professional calibration. Overall, very pleased.

    Geek Squad Installed my TV

    The agent mounted my tv and showed us how we can hire someone else to hide cords.The install was great. What we are EXTREMELY UPSET about is that we bought an in wall cable con power gromme, but decided not to use it. We never opened it, and we decided instead to install another outlet by our wall mount. We attempted to return the unopened equipment but it was after the 15 day limit and your staff was inflexible and would not let us return THE UNOPENED UNUSED EQUIPMENT THAT YOU COULD RESELL!!!! We HAVE BOUGHT THREE TVS FROM YOU AS WELL AS SPEAKERS ETC. Well over $1000 dollars and your staff would not let us return UNOPENED merchandise for $80?!?!? No respect for your customers. The manager didn’t even look us in the eye. We are extremely upset and will never shop there again. We left the unopened unused merchandise for you all to RESELL. Enjoy your double sale of $80. You lost a customer and we are not going to be quiet about it. Geek squad was great. Your in store return manager and inflexible policy was The WORST.

    The agents were fantastic! Tv set up was flawless and they adjusted my surround sound for the ultimate effect. Very friendly, professional and cleaned up everything.

    Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. They came up with some great solutions and did a great job with the install. Helped setup the software and remote and explained it very well. Would highly recommend using their services for tv and tech installs.

    Two agents delivered my TV and set it up. They also moved the old TV to my basement and took the TV in the basement with them. Great customer service. They took the time to explain everything to us and explained the other services that are offered by the Geek Squad. Great experience!

    I was very satisfied with the tech who delivered and set up my new Samsung 55” TV. He took the time with me to be sure all of my services were set up and working, and that my cable remote worked with my TV as well. He was pleasant, polite and professional. Well done!

    5 Stars because you can't fix what you don't find on the Sony X800M/2 4K Player connected to a Bravia 9 70inch UHDTV and 4K TV. The Movie on blue Ray disk and other types as well would play 3 or 4 trailers before getting to the Top Menu. I don't remember this problem with my 13 year old Samsung system. Inserting the Blue Ray disk into the Sony X800M/2 Player and when the disk starts to load and display disk info, Press the Top Menu Button and thet should send you to the Top Menu on the disk to play the movie. If you didn't catch it in time, when the trailer starts; then press the NEXT button. Then keep pressing the next button until the Top Menu is displayed...

    Jakob and Larry of Geek Squad saved our day!

    Jakob and Larry were magnificent and indispensable with instillation of our new Sony OLED 65 inch tv and Bose sound bar and subwoofer. Their knowledge and experience of the products and swiftness of the instillation put aside the complexity of getting the tv and sound accessories up and running - and just in time for the Superbowl. We were thankful for the services they provided which turned out to be more than just placing a plug in the wall. What could have been a lengthy and frustrating installation on our own was an event to be celebrated. Those who are doubtful about utilizing the Geek Squad for instillation should think twice about foregoing this valuable service. Jakob and Larry made our day.

    The two Geek Squad agents installed my TV quickly and explained everything about it. They even told me my Comcast box was old and that I should take the old box back and get the newer model so my picture would be better. I thought the picture was great and when I got the new box it was even better. It’s too bad Comcast charges so much and then can’t notify you when they have upgrades. Thanks to the Geek Squad my picture is even better than I could have imagined.

    The 2 Geek Squad members showed up on time. And it took them probably about a half hour to unpack and set up my tv. It was well worth having them do it. I could have done it but it would have taken me so much more time to do so. Kind of like moving into a new house You can spend all day doing the heavy lifting or you can hire some movers who are experienced and it’s done in a shorter time. All you have to do is sit back and relax for the most part.

    The service provided by the Geek Squad personnel was amazing. Not only were they able to re-install my OLED tv correctly but they also gave my home theater system a tune up. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you are investing in a high quality tv or sound system, I highly recommend that you utilize the services that the Geek Squad offers.

    Agent Parsa (from Tukwila) was super nice & very efficient. I cannot remember the other Agent's name (Federal Way)! My apologies, but they were both great! Wore booties, masks, gloves, etc. Sanitized the remotes and took all the trash with them. Luv the TV! The Geek Squad are better at customer service than the Best Buy staff. Interesting....
