Yhe installers arrived on-time and called me from their previus stop to give me an alert. They were personable, worked quickly, answered all of my questions and left not a trace behind. Very pleased!

I was a little leary about buying this service, but I was buying a very expensive OLED TV and wanted it set up by professionals and make sure everything was working, so I added this service. In addition to the installation, all my remotes were programmed to work with the TV, DVD player and Sound Bar. Plus all of the cables were bundled and hidden as best they could, which kept my wife happy. These gentlemen were prompt, keeping me notified when they would arrive, were courteous and made sure I was pleased before they left. Worth the money this time.

They did a great job setting up the Sony tv. They stayed till the tv finished updating. They were a big help.

We scheduled this to help with TV setup and installation. Turns out the installation was very straight forward and we were able to do it easily ourselves. We cancelled the home service, and that was very easy too! The Squad was great!

The young man who installed our TV, not only brought it by himself, carried it into the house, and assemblied, it with an efficient manner, competent, and very kind. That makes a big difference, in our opinion, of someone who comes into our home, and knows what he is doing. He was so welcoming and kind, enjoying what he was doing, and let us know he had never ever put this tv together, before. Reading the instruction booklet and putting it together with speed and care. Making sure his work area was clean and tidy. He told us, every step he made. . .and assured us, we would be experts by the time he left. Giving us confidence to be able to work this tv, which was different from other's we have had. Mostly giving us a pep talk and not talking down to us, but encouraging us, on every segment of the installation and operation of the TV. Even the speakers in the TV, are so much better than our other TV's. Randy and I were so impressed with this young man, his kindness and knowledge on this tv. That sure help, when you are unsure or out of your league on working tech items. Thank you for sending this young man. Not a Best Buy Associate, but an independent contractor. . . .that was beyond helpful, caring and nice. This service was for my parents' 50in TV. Service tech was great and updated me throughout the service.

The agents set up my tv stand and television and showed me how to operate my television they performed outstanding service

They were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining my TV and soundbar operation. They cleaned up after themselves and even left their business card for us if we had any questions in the future. Great experience.

The Best Buy personnel were polite and professional from the time they arrived until the time they left after completing the tv install. They answered all my questions and got the tv communicating with the Wi-Fi and Direct TV remote control. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

The gentlemen who unboxed and set up the TV were great. Even though all they did was bring the TV, they took the time to show us how to get the best picture and sound from our existing setup.

Two members of Geek Squad came to install a TV bracket as Set up the TV preferences. They were very helpful in how to use our remote and channels! Highly recommend.

Arron and Larry installed our wall mount tv and did a great job. They were punctual, helped us to get the right height on the wall, didn’t make a mess and were very thorough on showing us features of the tv.

Josh and his assistant arrived as scheduled set up was very quick and easy. They explained how to move through the apps and other items. Done within forty minutes. In and out. Great job overall.
