Our service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. He was even able to download our apps even without our internet being connected yet. He also gave us his card and told us to be sure to call him if we had any questions in the future.

The Squad assigned to me called the day before to set up installation time and get pre installation needs addressed before coming out. My 2nd call was to let me know they were on the way and was actually before time. Upon arrival they removed my old 60in and installed the new. Watching them set up the new set and make remotes compatible assured me I made the right decision to have the Geek Squad set this up. Very professional agents were worth every penny.

We bought this for the convenience factor. A sub-contractor showed up when he said he would. Set it up, took the cardboard and packaging, as well as our old equipment away, gave a a great tutorial on our new equipment and was very professional. That’s much easier than me stuffing a new TV into the car, getting rid of the old stuff, and packaging. No brainer!

The Geek Squad team did an excellent job in installing the tv and the sound bar. Shawn and Cameron took the time to explain everything about the operation of the tv and getting our favorite apps.

We purchased the extended warranty to be able to purchase the installations of our new tvs at a discounted price. We were glad that we did because it made getting the tvs a lot simpler. We just let the BB folks do what was needed and in minutes, we were good to go. They were very accommodating, other than a few things like opening the boxes upside down so that we had to repair them to be able to use them, but overall, pretty happy with the service.

Drake was very meticulous about entering my home and he was very helpful and respectful. He answered all my questions and set up the TV in it's place very carefully. I was most impressed with what he knew about this TV. THIS WAS THE BEST IN HOME SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED! THANK YOU!

The Geek Squad went over and above setting up our new Samsung 65 inch TV

Agent arrived and unpacked the television. Installed the legs, placed on the television cart and made all connections. After that we were given instructions on the handling of the remote and syncing the cable remote to the television. It was actually a pleasure having them.

The squad set the TV up and connected it to direct TV. Before they left they had paired the remote and made sure I understood all the functions. Great guys, friendly and professional

Excellent technical support - members of the Geek Squad who installed and set up our new Samsung TV and Logitech remote were on time, courteous and very professional, in addition to being "experts" in what they needed to accomplish. May's mount ended up doing our mouting of the TV from Best buy on a stand we had and getting my TV set up for cable. They were professional and did a great job. Originally we were scheduled to have on Dec.13, 2024 and it kept getting pushed off until finally the other company that mounted it was given the job. The company above did an awesome job!

They were great & masked & kept their distance. They were very patient with us, when we realized it wouldn't fit on our existing tv stand & scrambled to find something else. We were pleased that they cleaned up after themselves & set up the set for us & explained the easy remote. Professional & personable

I thought that i could handle getting a couple of friends and setting this up by myself. Im so glad i didnt. The steup was done quickly and the signs of experience were obvious.
