The "Geek Squad" called when they were about 10 minutes away and showed up on time. VERY professional, VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure my TV was up and working correctly. They were EXCELLENT!

I have been and am very pleased with the fast service that is provided by the Geek Squad. They are always attentive, listen carefully to the issue and then go about and resolve it with seemingly little effort. Things get fixed very fast!

Yhe installers arrived on-time and called me from their previus stop to give me an alert. They were personable, worked quickly, answered all of my questions and left not a trace behind. Very pleased!

The agents installed my TV and wall mount with dispatch. They complained that I wasn't getting enough kilobytes or whatever they are. A few days later, another Squad guy arrived and removed a small coupler the first guys had installed. In 2 minutes the problem was fixed and I got many channels. He was surprised and grateful for the tip I gave him for his smart, expeditious work. Sorry I forget his name.

Outstandin professional service by caring technicians that made the insulation of our 4k TV stress free! They assembled and intalled and removed our old TV from our entertainment wall console, which would have been no easy task for me. They made it look easy and test every component (Reciver, DVD, Wifi & Stereo) when completed & perfomed & balanced the 7.2 surround sound. Check & installed all needed updtaes on all of the comonents!!

First let me commend our salesgirl Kacie. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made our purchase so easy. I was so happy The Geek Squad came out the very next day after purchase to install. Ryan and his helper couldn't be any better and explained all about the features.

Sean, the Geek Squad agent, did a great job of not only setting up the TV but taking time to show me how to use the functions. He also assisted in showing me how to add an app through our cable provider (Comcast). We've had no issues with using our new TV.

These two guys had to throw themselves into the breach to deliver our new TV when the original delivery guy fell ill, I was just recuperating from surgery when the old TV quit so badly needed this one, and they made a special effort to get it to me PDQ. They worked very hard and very late into the evening to get it done.

Purchased TV as gift to out of state elderly relative who was unable to lift and connect and set up tv and other devices. The agents were able to complete the set up on 2 visits and thankfully covered under my Tech service plan.
