The Geek Squad did a great job setting up everything and explaining the new features.

The Home Theater Geek Squad agents installed our new 65” Samsung TV. They also explained the possible need for a sound bar. They hooked up the sound bar to demonstrate the more sound quality. I bought a Sony Sound Bar from your agents to complete my new TV viewing.

Both of the gentlemen that installed my TV, Angel and Chris did a spectacular job. They were friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had. I will request them should I need installation of anything’ else.

Jimbo & his co worker were absolutely outstanding. Very professional removed old TV and made sure our new LG was up and running properly along with making sure we completely understood the functions of the TV & Remote.

The Geeks came in like a commando squad, one securing the item to be installed, while the other kept a lookout for outlets, cable connections, open USB ports, and any other items that might aid/impede the installation... They held a brief confab: The words "A-7 Scenario; implement Alpha 4 protocols" were muttered, and a nod from Geek II as they began the job... A blur of wires, as they connected my old electronics to the new, and a quick system confirmation... Geek Leader: "Here's your remote; fire it up", I tentatively pushed the button, and gasped as the new gear flashed into life... "Your briefing, Sir"... Geek Leader quickly ran down the functions, and trouble-shooting directions, should there be any problems... There weren't... They were too skilled, too precise for anything like "errors" to creep into their minds... A few seconds later, they had taken the old gear into custody, and were walking it back to their van... Just like that... They were gone... Another successful mission...

I had Geek Squad deliver and install my new LG TV and I'm glad that I did. The Geek Squad technician, Ken, assembled the stand, placed the TV where I wanted it to be, and connected the TV to other video components. Ken also showed me the TV's various features and patiently answered any questions that I had. I'm completely satisfied with the services provided by Geek Squad.

Installation was fast and perfect. He did everything I needed, especially all of the connections. Remote worked perfectly.

Geek Squad delivered and set up a 65” TV quickly and courteously. They even requested that we uncrate our dogs and took the time to play with our fur babies for a bit. (Most people are scared of our bigger dog, so he loved the attention!) They gave us a specific time block, arrived on time, and communicated along the way. Definitely worth the cost.

Picture is perfect and it feels like I'm in the room with the people on the TV. Color is perfect, everything looks so real. The sound is incredible. Frankly if you have been watching an old TV and then switch to the newest technology, don't be surprised at how shocked you will be at how different everyone looks and how you will now be part of the experience you are watching. You deserve a new TV.

Excellent support provided with install to include taking away old TVs. The technician orientation was helpful and even set up the standard apps and taught me how to add more apps. I fully understood how to best use my new smart tv fully. Did a nice job keeping things clean and placed exactly I place of old tv.

The technician who delivered and set up our new TV was excellent. Not only professional and friendly but made sure we understood how to access options on the set. We were extremely happy and grateful for the time spent with us so we could understand the operations as we are senior citizens. Very happy overall!

The installation process was really exceptional, from the pre-installation checklists to the regular updates on the delivery. The guys who did the installation were very courteous and knowledgeable.
