The gentleman was both pleasant. Handle the installation of both of my Tv's. The choice that was made when placing my tv's on the wall, I founded it to be very wise.

The service I received for my parents who are in their 90’s was phenomenal. Christopher, Matt, snd Austin were nice and friendly as well as extremely professional and efficient. The delivery and installation were coordinated and my parents were thrilled with the service. We cannot recommend them enough. We will always purchase from Best Buy and have the Geek Squad perform all installations. Thank you for such excellent service!!!

Geek squad was polite and efficient, but didn't really provide much in the way of education to enjoy use of TV going forward. There have been more "glitches" than I would have expected for a new product. The most annoying being the loss of wifi connection. Volume adjustment is frustrating to say the least.

The installers did a great job. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they were enroute to my home, handled the equipment cautiously. The mounts I ordered in store wouldn’t work for my application, but they had mounts with them that did work and were able to get the job done without having to reschedule.

The Geek Squad Agents, Mr. Antonio and his team arrived on time and did a very good job on installing my new TV. Anytime you need a TV install, select or request this team!!

Installation went smoothly they hooked up all of my devices, instructed me on use of remote and cleaned up after.

All three members of the service team provided knowledgeable service in a professional and courteous manner. We had a lot of work done in one day and the team worked thru it diligently and provided effective tutorials, with much patience. The leader of the team, Vu, displayed that he had a lot of experience and precisely communicated the work to be done and adjustments that were necessary.

In Destin Florida, Best Buy Geek Squad technician Drew went out of his way to see to it that we got our Samsung Frame television special mounted on the wall in our living area in a timely manner. Perfect flush to the wall install and perfect location and visual height on wall. Best Buy is the Best!

I’ve hand mounting brackets but these are wonderful. Great price and really good quality. Geek squad install it and it looks great. I would like it to swivel but for the price of a swivel mount this will do just fine.

Got TotalTech when I purchased two 85" Sony TV's for my new house. Alejandro and Dylan from the Geek Squad came to the house, installed both wall mounts and mounted both TV's rather quickly and professionally. They were great, they set up the smart TV's to my wifi, connected the sound-bar and sub effortlessly. Very happy with the install team, great young men. Oh, the tv's, sound-bar and sub are great too!
