I had four TVs to mount including two new ones recently purchased at Best Buy. As they open the box on one of the new TVs, they discovered it was damaged. They never hesitated and contacted Best Buy on my behalf and went back to get another one. They did a great job installing all four TVs, clean up afterwards, and took the excess packaging.

They did a great job and they were on time made made a quick job of mounting both TVs cleaning up behind themselves they were pleasure What are you upgrade my movie room I want to same guys back. Great job guys.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and were very professional and quite knowledgeable about the mounting procedure. They explained everything as they proceeded, and answered all my questions. They also took all the packing material and the large box my tv was in.

Schedule appointment to have my 85 inch TV mounted on wall to geek squad agents came to the house . The gentleman were very professional they did an excellent job I would highly recommend the geek squad to mount any television you may have in your home . They were fast and efficient

The agents who installed my v took their time and ensured I liked the placement before drilling any holes. They worked fast but did everything with care.

Unfortunately, as the Geek Squad was installing a Roku stick , a power surge occurred and our55” TV shorted out. No replacement starter was available, but due to design change of a smaller outside frame, a 65” replacement fit in the same spot. I purchased the new TV and it was installed quickly by the Geek Squad the next day.

The crew at BestBuy was wonderful the installed 2 tvs at my office. They were on time, professional they also set the tv’s up by connecting to WiFi.
