The Geek Squad Agent was competent, neat and well organized. He methodically installed three mounting brackets and three televisions without incident. This is the second time I have used this service. It is a good value and money well spent.

The two men were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a first class job would have them back anytime. Very fast and cleaned up the mess.

Agents mounted the screen and projector, and helped set up most devices. There is an issue with the IR extension on the projector that needs to be fixed. I was told it would be taken care of within the week. It has been 4 weeks still not working correctly. The local Geek Squad apparently was not notified. Otherwise it was fine.

The agents were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my TV and add-ons. Excellent service!!
