    Initially reps would not move or touch the tv because it wouldnt fit in the basement. My brother and I had to do it ourselves. And the reps just left. Had to call and wait 2 weeks for another pair to come out. They didnt do a good job, as I cant get behind the TV to plug or unplug anything lol. Id recommend using taskrabbit or someone else.
