Great Friendly staff that come to install new samsung 98in tv.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job installing my 98 inch television in my man cave. They took the time to set up the surround sound with the television and all the remotes for the different devices.

They came and hung 100“ TV in no time. Then came back and rehung it a little higher for no charge a week later. I approved original hang but decided later I wanted it moved up a little more so they came and did it. Great team both times.

Showed up 4, hours later then the scheduled 4 hour window.

The 2 gentlemen from greek squad that installed the mounting for my sonos speaker were wonderful. No issues 100% happy with the setup :-)

The installers did an excellent job and were super personable. Couldn’t have been happier to have gotten the guys I did, would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

The 2 installers that showed up were great. Took them close to 4 hours to mount the new 65 inch TV and mount 3 other existing TV's. They both knew what they were doing and each of them took on different parts of the job. The person that originally came out said I would need a new mount for the 43 inch TV they moved to the patio. The installers said the existing one would work and it did. Saved me $200 for the new mount that wasn't necessary. These guys were excellent. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up as they went I can't say enough about them. Perhaps they could teach customer service to the rest of Best Buys staff. They could really use the lessons.

They did a great job getting my 98” tv down into the basement and mounting it for me. Would be nice if Best Buy offered screen setup/calibration

This tv is awesome! Great price setup was easy. We love watching games on the big screen.

The guys were excellent in communication to mount the TV exactly where I wanted it yet provided great advice on pros and cons of specific positioning... The also did a great job of cleaning up when complete...

We’ve used Best Buy’s mounting services for our TVs for years. They’re fantastic, always polite, and accommodating to our dogs. We upgrade fairly often and having to dismount then remount TV’s would be a pain so we really appreciate their efficiency and value.

Guys came in and was great, respectful of the product and house, cleaned up after themselves and and gave expert opinion on warranties and even set up.

Beautiful job putting up the tv wall mount and tv. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing! Highly recommend them!

I bought the wall mount for my 98 inch tv and was glad that I did. The professionals from Geek Squad measured and installed exactly where I wanted the tv. If you are buying a larger tv, this wall mount is a must have as is the installation service from Geek Squad. I didn’t need to lift a finger.
