Ease of set up Geek squad was worth the chance lost for accomplishing tasks I couldn't

The agents were qualified and efficient. They did not remove all of the plastic protective tape around and on the back of the television. Oversight, they handled the installation properly.

Techs were very professional and helpful. We are in new home and did not have internet? They helped get the most of what was available at the time.

The TV was heavy and awkward to handle, but not for the Geek Squad! They did the installation in a very neat and efficient manner and cleaned up well after the job was complete.

They installed a TV mount and hung the tv. Th tv mount is perfect for us: it Gus the ability to move the tv out and to different angles left to right.

Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted and easy to grasp.
