    No Call-No Show

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a $3,000 TV and a $250 wall mount. Scheduled installation (had to wait 3 weeks). Got the confirmation text, e-mail, and a phone call confirming the installation appointment day and a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of arrival, no phone call. 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive I called customer service and they stated the tech was held up on an installation and he would call me in minutes. 2 hours later I called customer service again. This time they stated the tech called off that day. Which is it? Late tech or no tech? Regardless, unacceptable! I returned the entire order the next morning. One simple phone call would have prevented the whole issue.

    I think that $250 to mount a tv is ridiculous! The mounting cost more than the actual tv

    I had the worst experience of my life ! I was so disappointed by my experience. I bought the tv in November and was told I would have to wait a week for the installation. A week came and went by and it turned out that my installation was cancelled without any notification of the cancellation! I called and they supposedly re scheduled and put it another week back . So, the next week came and went by again. When they didn’t show up I called again and come to find out they never rescheduled my appointment! Finally after the weeks and several calls to management my tv was installed! I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and extremely dissatisfied with the end result! I had to take time off of work just for the service to be cancelled without notice! I would not have been upset if there was communication! No email or call was provided! Thanks, Najee

    The agent called to cancel a few hours before expected delivery. We had waited a month for the delivery date. He promised to come 3dsys later, but got no confirmation. Called BB and was told that agent could not reschedule as he was a third party and wait for system to update same day. Did not update, made several calls as directed. Got passed around, no resolution. Got a case number, told issue was escalated and would receive call next day. Received text to reschedule. Checked BB first available, 3 weeks away. Called and case numberade no difference, told to wait 48 hours for update again. Terrible customer service, just reading corporate dialogue and placating with lies. No accountability. They cancelled appointment and expect us to go back to end of line and wait another month.
