Double Agent Andrew (Andy) Mayer (WDM, IA) installed my 77" TV and entertainment components. I am so grateful to Andy and the work ethic he exhibited. He did an excellent job on all aspects of this job. Andy exhibits character in that you trust his recommendations and work. Andy will work with the customer to meet the customer's expectations. He cares about Best Buy and the work he delivers. Andy is an ambassador for Best Buy and sets the bar for others to meet. He very professional, respectful, and knowledgable. The agents installed my TV, receiver, and reconnected the speakers, blu-ray, and record player. Very conscientious with cleanliness for my floors and disposed of the trash on their own.

The team did an excellent job, They were through and clean.

There were three gentlemen that showed up to install my in-home surroundsound system. Five speakers in the great room, two speakers in my master bedroom, two speakers in the outdoor patio. Hooked up my receiver, Wall-mounted volume controls, and programmed the universal remote so I only had to use one remote. They were professional abided by the COVID-19 rules and trained me on how to use the system. They exceeded my expectations of what to expect. My friends Amy and Alan and Gottsch recommended them and I was happy that they did. And I will highly recommend them to other friends that are in need of technical support.

Mounted tv’s in places that were very difficult and did a great job, connected to home theatre system. Job was done swiftly with great detail. Completely satisfied

My 2nd system had several hiccups but happy now that everything was completed and running as i eould have expected. Ben was great... difficult to get hold at times but very helpful.

The installation team for our home theater system inventoried the equipment and found that the initial sound system would not work. They were able to go back to the store and buy an appropriate system which ended up saving us money!

The agents mounted my speakers and tied the into my existing system. I always use geek Squad to install electronics in our home. They are concealed and sound great.

Installed outdoor speakers, required a saw which the supervisor brought out. They were competent and cleaned up the mess.

Geek Squad did a great job installing 75 Inch TV above the fireplace and installing in ceiling speakers. It was a very clean install. They were very friendly and fast.

Clean install sounds good they look like they were meant to be love it

He made sure upon his completion of the job explained everything to us so we knew exactly how to work out of our equipment we definitely highly recommend.
