I've had these guys in my home twice now and they certainly are a professional bunch. Very respectful as well...they even have their own geek squad slips they put on their shoes as they enter your home

I had some overhead speakers installed. The install was clean and very smooth. Great recommendations from the installer. I will use them again.

I had the Geek squad put in our 7.1 home theater system. This involved putting in four ceiling speakers (already prewired by the home builder) which involved cutting out bigger holes in the ceiling. Scheduling was easy, they were on-time, followed Covid protocols, and were very professional, and they cleaned up afterwards. Overall they installed 4 ceiling speakers, set up the receiver, center speaker, side speakers, and subwoofer which included calibrating the sound. Afterwards they made such I understood how to operate everything.

These guys set me up with what I needed and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t! Great service. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Professional and clean . They measured each spot for the speaker so that you get the best sound . After install they cleaned and vacuumed just like before they got there .

Agents did a decent job mounting the projector, screen, speakers and the basic setup with the AVR.

The Geek Squad came in and ran wiring from my audio system to my speakers and concealed them. I prefer hard wiring vs wireless. Very pleased with the results.

Geek Squad installed two in-wall speakers and two floor tower speakers for my home theatre. They hooked them up to my existing receiver and everything works fine and sounds good.

Guys did a great job with the install. My constructive criticism is to ask your clients first before mucking with TV picture and audio settings. I was very clear to them that I am AV savvy yet they went into my TV settings and made a lot of changes that I had to undo. Installing speakers has nothing to do with my picture so please don't touch! I get it they think they are the experts and maybe they thought they were doing me a favor but they did not! So please, ask first, don't assume.
