The two gentlemen professionally installed the speakers, hooked up the TV and amplifier, cleaned the place. I was impressed with the installer's knowledge about the sound system.

I was having trouble adjusting the rear speakers with the sound bar and they describe member at the store taught me how to get into the app and just them. It also worked for my Bass player

The install and setup was excellent but the area around the center speaker and the right front speaker need repair. Larry the tech advised me someone would contact me but that hasn't happen. Need someone to contact me for the repair.

Had 2 in-ceiling speakers installed for a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos/DTS:X set up. $149.99 for the installation, very affordable and the speakers blend in well with the ceiling. Install took less than an hour.

Will did a great job installing speakers. Was missing a mounting bracket on one of the outside speakers so i have to go back to the manufacturer to get that item before the last speaker can be installed.

ONE OF MY TRIMS HAS FALLEN ON THE PATIO DECK AND I HAVE TRIED TO CALL MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND NO ONE IS RETURNING MY CALLS,

Geek Squad could only install 4 of the 5 speakers because of pipes in the wall where the 5th speaker was going to go. They did a very good job on those 4. But I only I hired the geek squad to do this install after the in-home service representative told me there wouldn't be a problem. I would never have chosen to do a 4 of 5 in-wall speaker installation (Left, Center, Right, and Left Surround) which would leave me to install a wall mounted speaker for the right surround.

I just don't think a "do it yourself" speaker install should be done by the homeowner. if you mess it up, it's on you. best buy gets it done right the first time with no worries

The geek squad recommended me this remote and was skeptical. But, when they showed me how it worked and how easily to control it was hands down the best purchase. Your life is much simpler.
