    Every thing works and the agents were very professional. I do have a problem with the amount of cable used. The mobility of my mounted TV is limited because they did not have enough cable.

    I was originally persuaded to install the OPTIMA projector with SONANCE speakers in wall, Denon receiver and finally ELITE screens projector screen. So up to this point the screen was the wrong kind, we have replaced the Denon with a Yamaha, and the Optima projector did not work for a matter of weeks because of a "handshake" issue. We later had another Geek Squad team come out to assess and now the projector randomly updates for a half an hour at a time to completely destroy any movie time my family and i have. To say the least not happy for the amount of money we've spent on a home system. Never again.

    Failed to properly set up receiver. Used sub standard wiring on speaker. Had to tell them about the speaker feet. Too many wires running to tv. Actual tv mount is great, but that is about all that went well

    I spent over 10000.00 for nee costruction large home theatre wiring. They cant seem to finish. No techs available. Still misssing speakers and volume controllers. Our salesperson Will was very nice but does not follow up. They change scheduled appointments without telling you.

    I have not received receipts for the equipment I purchased. I am still waiting on my remote control, it's been two weeks since the installation took place. Damage was caused to my ceiling paint and one of my lights no longer works.

    The URC remote that was very expensive has is not working properly and I am having a difficult time getting service to fix / correct the problem. Total Tech support has been a real disappointment,

    The techs did a great job on the install but the associate in the store said they would run the speaker wire in the attic and when the techs showed up they thought they were just hooking up wires

    Magnolia team member failed to perform the pre-install walkthrough, so when the install team arrived I was disappointed to learn that none of the in-ceiling speakers could be installed. I ended up having to return the speakers. Install team: 5/5 Very knowledgeable. Magnolia Sales team: 0/5 Unacceptable failures.

    The geek squad guy cut the drywall and then told he need to change the position and again cut in new place. Also after installation of the speakers, he did not guide me how to configure/ calibrate the speakers. The voice output comes only in center channel and is not enough for the room

    the agents totally missed the appointment, they didn't call to warn they couldn't make it. Iwas waiting all day long at home waiting for them

    They didn’t tell me ahead of time that I needed certain mounts for the speakers I bought. Once they came I started calling to schedule. It’s been two days and I can’t get the store to pick up the phone. I stay on hold for a half hour then hang up and call again. I tried emailing the store since I can’t get anyone on the phone and got no response there either. I guess I’ll have to go to the store to schedule

    Ceiling speaker install

    Installers came by, said the space was too small to work in for ceiling speaker install. Said that smaller people would be able to do the job, even though I’ve been up there and many other professional workers larger than us have gone up to work on other things. Rescheduling right now for a new set of more competent technicians to come by.

    I had an appointment set for Jan 16 with an email confirmation from you confirming these details. 11 minutes prior to the window that they were supposed to come out, I got an email sent to me saying the appointment was rescheduled without me calling and with a time I did not pick. No call. No heads up.

    I'm Very Disappointed And Dissatisfied With The Service That I'm Getting From Best Buy. I Have Been Hung Up On, Lied To, Made Many Promises Since January, I'm Still Spending Money And I'm Still Waiting On My Service To Be Completed..I Would Think After Spending Close To $6,500 I Would Have All My Equipment Installed. I VERY DISAPPOINTED

    Very disorganized - poor communication between Best Buy and Geek Squad teams not to mention, the notes from the original set-up should be easily accessible. I’ll also add that $20k has been spent with them and they want to nickel and dime for additional components to be added. BTW - this service they are stating they provided is actually scheduled for next month

    Geek Squad could NOT do the job. And when they showed up you could tell they didn’t want to do it. Only one good geek agent. I requested him 4 times. Told me he would be there, and he was replaced with unqualified kids!
