    Bought total tech because it said this was included. They sent 4rd party installers out who would not hide ANY cords in the wall. And said they were limited to 1 device per set up. Best Buys a bunch of crooks. Their "national" support line is even worse

    Not professional they did not ring up the correct install and it did not happen. Fed up with best buy lake charles.

    Unfortunately I’ve have two different installers come since my consultation with the in home advisor. Job has not been done due to it being a bit complicated having a completely finished basement. Expectations set by inhome advisor but met. Geek squad didn’t do anything I couldn’t do myself. Actually they didn’t even do what I would.

    The wiring system they installed came loose. I have been on phone for over an hour and now someone is ghosting me on the phone rather than help. I am going to process a return for 7k worth of stuff. Also texted guys who did install no response. Worthless geek squad a grift.

    The installer were ok. Couldn't explain the new remote we purchased. The speakers mounted into the ceiling are not in line. The speaker mounted to wall under tv is crooked. The speakers system doesn't work well. Numerous times a day, the stereo system and tv turns off during a tv show. Not happy at all with anything.

    Purchased a new TV to mount on my wall as well as brackets and to install a speaker system that I purchased at the store a year or two earlier. The TV was installed the brackets were installed but the home theater set up I was promised was not. Just the worst service I’ve ever had very disappointed.

    failure to perform services. I keep getting cancelled and told to reschedule. Went to the store to find out why since could not get an an swear over the phone

    The crew literally didn’t almost nothing as I already had issuers hooked up. They were supposed to conceal the wires which they due for only 1 out of 10 speakers. I am extremely disappointed.

    THE GEEK SQUAD WAS AWESOME. THEY WERE HONEST AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT WORK THAT GREAT WITH THE TV. THAT ALONE WILL KEEP ME USING THE GEEK SQUAD.AND BEST BUY THE ONLY REASON I AM NOT GIVING 5 STARS IS WE DID NOT USE THEM

    Incorrect parts were ordered, Geek Squad personnel showed up without proper equipment to perform install, and after 3 visits over the course of 6 weeks, speaker install still not complete

      An advanced service such as concealing speakers certainly adds a special something to a personal home theater setup.     I purchased my speakers and they sent them to your warehouse and when it was time to install they were gone. - They have as yet to replace and install them.
