    Techs were great that come for install but dealing with customer service is a nightmare. I probably spent more an 3 hours total trying to get an appointment scheduled and was misquoted on price twice.

    I know I paid for everything. But honestly none of my speakers are hidden. So did I over pay or not get this actual service.?

    They Put 2 holes in ceiling that was not there and left without letting me know I had discovered on my own was not happy

    The speakers were mounted in the wall off center and I am having to repair the wall and ceiling and have them re mounted.

    Was here for 9 hours for installation and set up. They were not very familiar with BOSE 650 system.

    They came out and said that they could not do the job. Called another company and it was completed in 4.5 hours.

    The guys showed up early, kept the work area which was my living room clean, and completed a seamless install. Afterwards, they took the time to troubleshoot a few tech issues and explain functionality of the device to me.

    I would recommend this to a friend
