I had two security cameras/doorbells installed yesterday. They called when they were on their way. When they got there, they discussed the installation with me and answered my questions. Chris did most of the installation and David helped me set them up on my app. Hope I didn’t mess up their names. They were polite, helpful and not condescending. It took an hour for the installation and everything works as it should. I would recommend them. It wasn’t that inexpensive (maybe it was - IDK much about prices) but well worth it.

Ultimately satisfied once the doorbell install was completed. The initial Geek Squad crew chose not to install the Power Pac on the advice of a supervisor. 24 hours later we were having issues with the camera’s responsiveness. After consulting with 2 senior Geeks at the store, one of them determined the Power Pac install was required. Michael fixed 2 weeks later and the performance was much improved.

The doorbell is great. I get notified if someone approaches the door and am able to see who approaches. Installation was quick and efficient.

Tech showed up on time, informed us on what he needed from us for the install, and then demo how to use the features of the new ring door bell. Extremely pleased with the job.

We got a Ring Pro for our front door that needed to be hardwired, Geek Squad did a great job. They even checked to see if our current doorbell sound maker inside was compatible to link to the new Ring Doorbell (which it was). So, instead of the Ring Pro just being linked to the Chime Pro that came with it, we have sound coming from the chime and the original doorbell. We are very satisfied with the job that was done.

Geek Squad was excellent and very knowledgeable!! I would definitely use them again. They arrived at my home within the window. However, I would like a shorter window. My window was four hours.

They set up the software, answered all my questions and showed me how the doorbell works. Glad they were available to help. Very professional, called with updates about their arrival time.
