      As an Elite member of BB for over 15 years, I will no longer be part or renew my Total Tech package! I was informed of major changes the day of service! The tech was great (as are most of the time) the fee changes are outrageous!!! You made changes to a program in the middle of the program year and without informing the most important the "CUSTOMER". NEVER again you have lost a great customer!
