The two agents brought the TV, mounted it on the wall, added the soundbar and bracket, programmed the TV, set up voice control, downloaded apps and showed me how to use it. They also customized the locations of the apps I am using for easy finds. This is my first smart TV and the agents were terrific helping me navigate. I purchased the Best BuyTotalTech. It was worth every penny.

Can't put a review on my recent purchase, didn't get it yet.But 2 of the geek squad made a stop,to check to see if I can put a wired outdoor camera up,and they did an Awesome job by telling me if I could or couldn't. Reed and his partner were Awesome. Also Matt!! Outdoor Cameras" I will give it a better review once they are here and install.

The agents got my RING Stick Up Plug-in cameras going, unfortunately they had to come back a couple of weeks later & reset them. I still need the outdoor plug and cord that came with the and the screws. Nice guys, but with my lack of understanding electronics and their lack of explaining, oh, well. Still trying to get ALL of my videos downloaded. 2-1/2 Months worth, 24/7 coverage. Downloading the videos almost takes as long as the recordings are! They need a better APP for that! Still unable to install them in my home. Had them in Texas at my fathers home. Have to change the WIFI was told I'll lose everything. I need those videos! Have a court case soon and Need those videos. All in all, the Ring Stick-Up Cams, Plug-In are amazing when they're hooked up!. The quality of the videos is exceptional and the wide view is outstanding! Would buy again, but get better instructions

This is not as automatic as one might think. Instruction needs to improve.

Must like my voice as it works great and has total esp. I do have a great voice though.

Voice control was set up perfectly. One needs to learn the specifics of some commands. However, for the most part, your voice can control anything. So, sit back and be lazy!

I am so very thankful that I decided to have the GeekSquad do the professional install for our Google Home for my handicapped brother. It was very technical and I would have made a complete mess of it. David and Alex were total RockStars!!! They took the time to not only get the job done but also get it right and gave great instruction on the use. They have been accessible to us after the install if we had any issues and I had to have the speaker replaced because of not functioning properly, but my Team has been great in trying to troubleshoot our issue and getting it to work properly.

I had issues with a free Amazon Echo Dot that came with my universal remote that didn’t work as advertised. Geek squad got it to work initially but it stopped working a day later. Geek Squad came over again and got it working only to have the same thing happen the next day. After doing some troubleshooting over the phone, they decided to come back over to swap the unit out with another & everything works fine. The patience and time that Geek Squad demonstrated was fantastic.

The Geek Squad was fantastic! They arrived on time and walked me thru their installation of the Ring camera and Alexa. They were so helpful, answered questions and made sure I understood how the products worked. Extremely pleased with the Geek Squad.

The two guys who came to mount my TV and hook everything up were great. Very Knowledgeable and professional and had everything done in no time. I can’t remember their names but I would highly recommend them.

Thanks chris from geek squad. Thanks for getting my Alexa to control everything in my smart home. I tried to get it set up myself but kept getting frustrated and you have made my TV/movie and smart products a whole lot easier and fun to use. I would recomend this to anyone.

We changed our Wi-Fi provider and wanted adjustments done to our various Aexa products. They did reset Alexa Show to work with new Wi-Fi. We have 3 smart Wi-Fi plug mini's to turn on lights with a command. The Geek Squad could not get them to work with our new Wi-Fi. Disappointing.

Normally you would not need the Geek Squad to set up an Amazon Echo. However, this was being synced with a universal remote. The technician could do it much faster and more efficiently than me. Also impressed he had 15 years experience with GS.

The agents hung my device and hooked up all my devices. They were polite and efficient. I was pleased with the agents and would recommend them
