WAITED FRON DEC27TH TILL LATE MARCH TO GET MY SYSTEM SET UP. HAD TO HAVE 4 TECHS OUT UNTIL WE FOUND ONE WHO KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. NO WAY TO CONTECT GEEK SQUAD DIRECTLY. POOR COMMUNICATION.

The geek squad team had no idea what this is. The cameras are voice enabled. So not sure why I paid $69.99 for this service the guy looked at camera placement and said I need Eros for $600! Ok, I’ll buy it, he also told us to change providers which we did. The he came out and totally set up our Wi-Fi, our extenders and made sure everything worked well- for $149.99 Wi-Fi install. Very expensive!

Re-set Google Nest Hub

Agents arrived. Attempted to reset my Google Nest Hub. Functionality only worked on one of my lights. They did not know why the rest of the functionality did not work. I was told they would leave the ticket open. I did some in-depth research and found out that all I needed was to update my Train system. Waste of my $175.97.

Geek squad has been here 7 times. All new equipment and they are not able to make New Samsung function with voice commands. The time and accommodation to keep letting the GS try to get it right is hardly worth the savings of being a member of their program.
