LG front load washing machine

Delivery was on time and delivery personnel was polite, respectful and clean. I have zero complaints about my LG front load washing machine. I like the updated features on the new washing machine.

Leave it to the professionals

My husband had initially thought he would do it himself but the instructions were complex and took up three full pages in the manual. It was worth the peace of mind to know that if something went wrong it would be taken care of and it wouldn't be on us to fix.

The service tech simply left with no explanations. Very bad attitudes. Poor communication ability. Same obstinate techs as the ones who delivered the washer and dryer one week ago who refused to do the door swap then. I had to set up a new work order for the reversal of both the washer and the dryer. Only the dryer was accomplished. A very bad and unacceptable experience. I am not inclined to purchase from Best Buy in the future. Plus, your telephone service is terrible.

Terrible Installation

Customer Service was useless and unprofessional. Machine was returned and then a new one was purchased from Hone Depot who installed it correctly.

DONT GET THE INSTALLMENT SERVICE

CALLED MY APPLIANCE COMPANY AND THEY DID IT IN 10 MINUTES NO SPECIAL TOOLS AND SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE STOP SELLING APPLIANCES PERIOD IF THEY CANT REVERSE A DOOR ON THE EASIEST SET.

Terrible service

Was agreed at time of purchase that it would be done during installation. The (3rd party) installers reversed the dryer door but not the washer door, saying that they did not do that. I contacted Best Buy beta concierge and they agreed to send someone out. A few days ago I received an email saying that I had "returned" this item (door reversal). I did not, and am very unhappy with the whole experience. I will update with final outcome, but may return the washer and dryer.

Finally a washer that can have door opening change

He was anxious to get the training though. A second dispatch brought a trained tech that could reverse the door.

Tgey did not know how to properly do thus task. My washer kept error message stating it was an issue. My husband had to youtube how to attach the doors properly so we coukd wash clothes.

Poor servide

One of the reasons I purchased this washer is because you could reverse the door. He left saying he could not do it. This was after my fourth visit from BB and taking time to stay home to wait in their 6 hour window. I wish BB would reach out to me because no one should go through such an awful experience
