Poorly trained installers

When the washer and dryer were delivered the Geek squad members said they didn't know how to do it. Why offer a service that your installers are unable to do? I need a refund or a competent technician.

Poor install experience

We were promised that it would be done with the installation and it was not done. Subsequently two or three times the appointments were cancelled arbitarily. Hence we had a very poor expeience

Lack of knowledge

Had to make multiple phone calls and wait 10 days to get this taken care of.

Good product... delivery just OK

Total of four different people on two different days weren’t able to switch the washer door. Did it myself in 15 minutes. Installers have zero training on anything.

Terrible third party vendors
