Had Best Buy install 55 inch Sony tv. Install went well. Internet Connection set up with no problem. They demonstrated for me use of remotes. Made recommendation to get a new surge protector For TV and video player. There was some issue with connection and set up of sound bar which was related to set up of video player and was resolved by briefly disconnecting the player.

Our Geek Squad has to one of the best, if not the best. On time and on the A game.

We purchased the 77" Sony Bravia and to say it is the next best thing since sliced bread is an understatement. We have only had it a few days but it is incredible. The sound, the picture, the quality is above and beyond! Thanks to Jamal and Adam for a TERRIFIC job setting us up - they were AWESOME!

The agent set up my TV, hooked it up to my other devices, and taught my how to use it. He was very helpful.

Both Tech’s arrived with all the tools for the installation. Job was done quickly and professionally. We would have no hesitation referring them to our family and friends.

The agents called to say they were on the way and arrived within 5 minutes. They installed to my cable and tried to connect to the internet but they could not as I could not find my password (not their fault). Unfortunately the one installer showed me on the screen to look for setting when I retrieved the password and install onto the internet too. He did not show me on the controller what to push to bring the settings so I have not been able to connect to the internet. I do not mind though as I still can use the television on the cable.

The gentleman that set up my new Samsung 65 inch TV were phenomenal. They even took off their shoe. Super respectful and professional. Will be recommending!!

The Geek Squad recently installed my new TV and made the connections that were needed. They were very courteous and professional. All my questions were answered. The next day I had a problem and my call was returned promptly and the problem was quickly resolved. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I had a 65" Samsung Q tv installed. The technician was very professional. He came into my home with a mask. Set the tv up. Connected it to my internet and cable system. He also set up all the right settings for the picture to be perfect. The tech also spent time with me explaining what I need to know to operate my new purchase.

The two man team arrived on schedule and completed the job in a reasonable time. They did have to repeat a couple of steps as did not account for need to adjust brackets before tightening everything. And, luckily I have a great set of tools as they did not so I supplemented theirs. Nice guys and were professional. Got everything setup as I wanted.

I was most happy with the service I received from the Geek Quad. The guys were very professional. I had a more complicated set up than most and they knew how to handle it, and did listen to me when I told them how I wanted it hooked up. They then made sure everything worked and that I knew how to work the new product. I would definitely use them again.

The Geek Squad has always provided superior service, from cleaning a virus from my laptop to the recent delivery service. The set up was quick. The guys completely knowledgeable.
