They set up my TV, and set up all my devices. And showed me how to work them.

The agents were efficient and quick. They were very concerned about complying with Best Buy policies of not doing any extra work so I paid $50 extra for the stand to be assembled even though this was made very clear with the dispatcher. But the installers deserve a top rating

The agent arrived on time and set up my new TV quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous and responded knowledgeably to my questions. He explained the various function to my satisfaction before he left. This was my first smart TV so I was a little anxious about it. I have been very satisfied with it over the past few weeks.

The agents spent about 45 minutes explaining all the items to me and set up my comcast remote and adding in my apps....I'm over 60 - so technology is really passing me by thee days. The technicians were very friendly, helpful and made I actually now understand some new technology for a smart TV! Thanks guys!

The agent who removed our old TV and setup our new 55 inch Sony TV did a great job! He spent the time to make sure everything was setup, programmed our Direct TV remove control and spent time to show us the operation of all of the features.

The two Geek Squad members who delivered and set-up my big screen TV were very professional, personal and made me feel at ease during the entire set-up process. They answered all of my questions, walked me through the remote settings and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving.

The men that delivered & set up our new tv & tv stand did a wonderful job. They were very helpful since we had just changed from cable to a streaming service & needed lots of help.

The technician took his time and explained how the remote worked along with all the new options on my TV. He even knew how to do the bypass for the privacy settings screens that I asked him about doing for me. Very knowledgeable and polite guy!

I was very glad that I choose to use the Geek Squad service. The service person showed up on time and gave me a twenty minute notice. I really like the online communication and their set up was extremely quick. When I checked the set up, the wires in the back of the TV were all organized in a very neat fashion. They programed the TV and set up the remove, as well as showed me how to use it. Great Service.

Both tv's were set up as requested. All questions I had were answered. Unfortunately for me, I failed to ask how to activate some of the apps. I plan to call and have a Geek Squad member walk me through the process. The GeekSquad is who I always call when I have a problem with any of my electronics. They are top notch technicians!

The Geek Squad technician quickly set up the tv and was able to connect the wifi. When it turned out the special headphones that had previously been used on an older tv needed a converter from analog to digital to connect to the optical audio output on the new smart tv, he searched the web to find the necessary items, a photo of them and explanation. Through his great help, the (very good) headphones soon were connected and worked perfectly
