The Geek Squad handled the delivery and installation impeccably; their professionalism was evident as they patiently addressed all our inquiries. Their expertise even led us to invest in an extended warranty, a decision we don't typically make. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this entire transaction.

They did a great job with the installation but they did give me some inaccurate advice which required me to contact extra help to get the tv running correctly. I think the fee is a bit high.

THEY WERE GREAT. REMOVE OLD TV AND HOOKED UP NEW ONE TO CABLE, SOUND SYSTEM, ETC. IN NO TIME. WORKS GREAT, LOVE TV.

We purchased the extended warranty to be able to purchase the installations of our new tvs at a discounted price. We were glad that we did because it made getting the tvs a lot simpler. We just let the BB folks do what was needed and in minutes, we were good to go. They were very accommodating, other than a few things like opening the boxes upside down so that we had to repair them to be able to use them, but overall, pretty happy with the service.

The agent who came to my house was by himself, but he did an amazing job. He was quick, and he made sure that everything was perfect to me. He also had good recommendations for how to use the TV.
