The (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great and swift job of connecting my new Samsung QLED TV. Very happy that I decided to let the Geek Squad do the setup because it went so quickly and they also answered all of my questions and reviewed with me all of the options of this great TV.

Install is good and screen displays beautifully. I just started it today, so far so good. I am happy with this LG TV and would recommend it also.

The agent set up my tv and discovered that my cable box was broken. Because he had done a good job setting up all I needed from the cable co was a new box.

i could probably have done this myself --in a day or two. the geek squad came in,wrapped the tv, installed it to my devices with no time lost to error. While they were instilling, they talked me through it so well that i might be able to get a lot closer to their time should i ever have to do it again. But if there comes an again, i will probably call them back. that good!

Lets start with, we became Total Tech Members because we wanted to have a new 65" TV Delivered and mounted on the wall in our basement, if we just paid for the mounting service it would have cost $250, Buying the Total Tech for $200 was a "No Brainer' The people came out and placed the mount on my wall, and mounted the tv, VERY PROFFESSIONAL young people. a short time later, we decided to upgrade the living room tv to 65" and used the Total Tech Service again. The two people came out and delivered another tv and were just as awesome as the first team was, So I have to say for our needs, the Total Tech has paid off. I think we got our money's worth. The Geek Squad is exceptional! They know exactly what they are doing when setting up these involved televisions. The setup is quick and accurate. They explain what they are doing as they go through the setup process! Both individuals were very kind and professional, and cleaned up when they finished. Saves a lot of time and furstration by using the Geek Squad.

Bought a lg 65 inch tv and a sound bar along with it. Total tech membership enabled home delivery and installation free of cost. The installation of both tv and sound bar was quick and the team was very helpful.

I had asked for a time early on their delivery route schedule and they accommodated that request very well. The guys were very quick in setting up my TV, obviously experienced in their job. They cleaned up the little mess that was created. They clearly explained the operation of my TV answering my questions so I could understand everything.

They were on time and so patient with my questions and friendly too. The team came out and set up my new TV and Sonos sound bar. They also set up my Amazon Prime app on it. Then they showed me how to easily use the remote!! The even labeled my Sonos speaker a Girl cave because I told him that TV was in our girl cave! They were so friendly too!!

Quick and professional setup. A little pricey but worth it.
