The team called to give me the 4 hour window, called when they were 30 minutes out; they were professional, efficient, instructive and very pleasant. Easy installation- i was delighted!

I had two wonderful technicians install my new tv quickly and efficiently. I love my new tv and was so pleased with the help and service by Best Buy.

My Geek Squad Gal was awesome! Arrived in the delivery window with prior courtesy call. The set was smooth and she helped get me into the 2020's as this smart tv thing takes a little learning curve. She set up my Roku and added the few apps I have to start. She really made a great impression and represented Best Buy well.

John was very good at setting up my Visio tv. He was very efficient and very polite and he showed me everything i needed to know about my tv, i was very pleased with the Geek Squad service

The agent who delivered and set up the television was first rate. His delivery was on time (and after he had called us ahead). He was knowledgeable and friendly, and he gave us a good introction in how to use the television.

The agents did everything and were great. I was irritated with the fee for taking away the old TV and the fee for connecting the sound bar (which I purchased at the store with the TV). The charges were ridiculously high. Do better.

Installation services were excellent. The technician was knowledgeable, made sure everything worked ok. He put all plastic, styrofoam and cardboard back in the tv box telling us to keep it for 15 days in case tv had a problem and would need to be returned. I appreciated this info as I was ready to toss the box, etc right away.

The Geeks came in like a commando squad, one securing the item to be installed, while the other kept a lookout for outlets, cable connections, open USB ports, and any other items that might aid/impede the installation... They held a brief confab: The words "A-7 Scenario; implement Alpha 4 protocols" were muttered, and a nod from Geek II as they began the job... A blur of wires, as they connected my old electronics to the new, and a quick system confirmation... Geek Leader: "Here's your remote; fire it up", I tentatively pushed the button, and gasped as the new gear flashed into life... "Your briefing, Sir"... Geek Leader quickly ran down the functions, and trouble-shooting directions, should there be any problems... There weren't... They were too skilled, too precise for anything like "errors" to creep into their minds... A few seconds later, they had taken the old gear into custody, and were walking it back to their van... Just like that... They were gone... Another successful mission...

I purchased a 75" tv, & had Best Buy install it because I didn't think I could maneuver it up a flight of stairs& around a sharp corner. I had to laugh when I saw those 2 guys carry it up & install it with ease. Also, they explained the workings of it to me.

The Squad hooked up my TV to all my devices, they made sure I understood what they did so I could replicate it, or change the setup. They tested and verified that everything worked as it should and patiently answered my questions. They cleaned up everything before leaving - very satisfied with the service.

Not actually a Geek Squad install but a contractor service who sub hired a local installer. The local installer did a great job of communicating his arrival and did a great job. Can’t say the national contractor did that well, they were very hard to contact and less that helpful.

Our in home setup ws great. Kennedy and Scott were right on time. They were very efficient and set everthing up for us. I didn't realize how much there was to do. We would have had a difficult time knowing alol the steps to set up. They explained everything to us. They were a huge help. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Geek Squad employee set up my LG tv for me and showed me how to operate it. I did not have it mounted but could never have lifted it to my TV console

Great crew. Courteous, and professional. Arrived on schedule They professionally mounted and tuned my product. Commend these guys should get a raise in pay. Quality work brings more work.

The second Geek Squad Team was VERY GOOD. JJ and his assistant were very, very helpful and patient. Ned more like them.
