The person who installed my TV was SUPER! He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just a great person to help someone who knew little about what to expect with a smart TV! I'd say his name but not sure I should....starts with an A and ends with an O : )

Bought, took TV home, & Squad later set-up. SUPER!!

When the original product proved to be defective technicians were professional about arranging a replacement. Installation was well done. My cable box and DVD player were properly connected.

Very knowledgeable and did the wall attachments with ease. Setup the TV and connected the inputs using their extensive background knowledge.

The 2 Geek Squad agents arrived within scheduled time. My new tv was installed easily and quickly. They helped me set up an account since I have slight vision problems. That was very much appreciated.

We have used the GEEK Squad x 2 TV installations. So Happy with their service. They did not leave until all was hooked up, working with our internet service and they showed us how to work each TV unit .

Two guys came to set the TV up and get it unpacked/connected and working. This is the first time we've had anyone set up our TV. Would recommend these guys as they represented themselves extremely well, they have done these setups before, they answered questions and demonstrated what they were doing. They were careful and cleaned up as they went.

They setup nice and easy! No hassle service and brought the Tv and took away the box! I was amazed!

The two men who setup the system did a great job. they were personable and friendly. They were knowledgeable and quick but took time to make sure it was setup correctly with all the streaming services I use set up and logged into.

The agent mounted my TV and did an excellent job. Best Buy contracted this job to someone else.

The two men that came to install the TV and sound system were extremely nice. They cleaned up all of the cardboard and papers and took it all away. They made sure that we knew how everything worked together.

Excellent support provided with install to include taking away old TVs. The technician orientation was helpful and even set up the standard apps and taught me how to add more apps. I fully understood how to best use my new smart tv fully. Did a nice job keeping things clean and placed exactly I place of old tv.

Josh in Chico installed 2 Vizio 40 inch tvs. Connected them to appletv and one of them to a Sonos surround sound system. Made sure they both worked. Used geek squad many times all successfully. He was knowledgeable and thorough every thing works

The technician who delivered and set up our new TV was excellent. Not only professional and friendly but made sure we understood how to access options on the set. We were extremely happy and grateful for the time spent with us so we could understand the operations as we are senior citizens. Very happy overall!
