The agents, hooked up the sound systems for my TV and stereo speakers, they were capable and quick, showed me how to use the remotes for both systems to get the optimal output

The Geek Squad did an excellent job on all of my recent purchases. I decided to get everything operating properly and have taken in things not purchased at Best Buy. They have been very welcoming and supportive. They have been very patient with my lack of knowledge and I appreciate their willingness to answer all questions.

Installation and connection of my two TVs couldn't have been more satisfactorily accomplished. I'm basically Smart TV-challenged and the techs kept up a running discourse on how to operate them, advantages of them, etc. They offered me additional, optional products and they accommodated my every request. I thank them much for their help with my purchase.

The tech guys from the geek squad was very knowledgeable and hooked up the tv and showed us how to use the remotes. With that being said, the person did not wear a facemask nor have one on him when i asked him to wear one. So much for best buy and the geek squad protecting their customers from Covid

So far, my new TV has performed up to my expectations. I was to learn through this purchase that newer TVs are quite simple to operate. This was important to me because every other technical update I acquired recently needed yet more technical expertise/education than the previous model. Many thanks from a non-techie!

They called to verify the location of our new TV giving us a heads up for when they would arrive. They moved the old set and installed the new one and instructed us on the operation. The team gave us a card should any problem occur. Our cable box was outdated so I went and got a new and they returned to finalize installation. Very appreciated.

The Geek Squad agents did a great job of setting up my new TV and soundbar, and connecting my DVD player and headphones to the TV. They also made sure every things worked as expected and explained how to use my new remotes. The agents were polite, thorough, and worked quickly.

The service I received wasn't Geek Squad but an outside contractor. Regardless of that he did an excellent job. Called me to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived my TV was unboxed, assembled and set up quickly without any problems. The guy was really nice as well. Well worth the price paid.

Everything was done to perfection: they know their products, the installation was smooth and efficient, they worked phenomenally together as a team, and were respectful of my home (cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving it spotless). The Geek Squad called me prior to delivery to verify time and date. They arrived on time, setup the TV, hooked it all up to my DirecTv, walked me through the remote and the TV capabilities, and insured I was familiar with the remote functions before they left. The Geek Sq was outstanding and I was truly impressed with their expertise and fast service.

Pretty straightforward showed up and shuffled my television’s did the basic setup. I had just had back surgery, so the assistance was needed.
