Excellent experience. Great people to work with from beginning to end. I had my new TV set up, then had a problem a day later and they came right back and determined that it was the TV, and replaced it immediately. The technician who came out both times was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

We purchased our LG Nano TV from Best Buy in January. It replaced the 14 yr old 70" Vizio we had. This Television has the most beautiful picture. The colors are amazing. It is like having the actors right in your living room or being in a movie theatre.

Had a fireplace console installed. I disconnected my home theater ( didn't take a picture) old sch how hard. Well had to call the squad and the rest is history. Up and running, understanding more of the systems capabilities. Great and professional guys.

Price included free delivery for the TV that would not fit in my compact car. They arrived on time and installed the tv and made sure it worked properly with my cable box and DVD player. They updated the TV software and changed settings for the best picture. Then they answered all my questions and showed me how to use the features of the remote control. Very pleased with everything.

The agent connected my tv to all my devices including my old speaker set which needed utilizing an adapter. (I bought that Sony speaker set from Best Buy when I bought a new CRT tv many years ago. I love the speaker set and wanted to continue using it. He set up my dvr/vhs player and my blue ray player and my fios unit and cable tv so that everything was ready to go. I didn’t have to do anything. He even set up my password for me for my fios. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated knowing that everything was set up and done correctly and I did not have to do anything else!

The Service guys were very professional and friendly. I was contacted beforehand regarding the installation of my TV. He explained how to use the TV and answered all my questions. The setup went very well. Excellent customer service.

I had our new TV on the stand in which the old one sat. The Geek Squad rep. brought the TV in and took the old one out. Set up in good working order. Very polite, clean and showed us how to use the TV, sound bar. Very happy with the delivery and set up.

Bought a firestick and had the tech team come out and connect it to my TV and stereo receiver. Very knowledgeable technician, very helpful. The firestick works great and is much more convenient than having a remote for the TV and a seperate remote for the stereo receiver.

The Best Buy agent delivered the tv and set it up. Also contacted it to our electronics. He was very efficient and explained everything about the new tv to us. Great job!

Lets start with, we became Total Tech Members because we wanted to have a new 65" TV Delivered and mounted on the wall in our basement, if we just paid for the mounting service it would have cost $250, Buying the Total Tech for $200 was a "No Brainer' The people came out and placed the mount on my wall, and mounted the tv, VERY PROFFESSIONAL young people. a short time later, we decided to upgrade the living room tv to 65" and used the Total Tech Service again. The two people came out and delivered another tv and were just as awesome as the first team was, So I have to say for our needs, the Total Tech has paid off. I think we got our money's worth. The Geek crew did my TV installation perfect. Exactly where I wanted the TV to hang. They were neat and careful. And they know how to get around little, or big, unforeseen issues. You and your friend trying to hang a big TV will make a mess and you'll end up with damage to your house/walls. Use these guys instead and avoid the headaches. It's cheap insurance.
