My TV was delivered and set up as promised. All that was needed on my part was the watching... Great service and Techs.

I enrolled in TotalTech because I have no idea what I'm doing with this technology and needed a full array of support. They were terrific. I bought one 50" Sony TV and 4 Roku streaming sticks 4k. One stick to convert the Sony to Roku and 3 for older flat screen TVs (cutting the cable). The Geek Squad got me set up on two days. An agent delivered my new TV and did a basic setup on my old cable service so I had service that day. She also removed my broken plasma TV and 2 other old analog TVs for proper disposal. The next day, an agent did a full install, removing the old cable equipment and setting up Roku as well as the main streaming service and other apps I had subscribed to. He did this on all 4 TVs--not just the new purchase. Both agents worked quickly but were also courteous with all my questions. They were on time and did a good job. Many thanks to them.

Michael and Sean came from the Geek squad to install our new TV and put the bracket on the wall for mounting. We had several issues with our older receiver and DVR player connecting to the new TV. However, Michael and Sean were very helpful in resolving the issues. We definitely were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the equipment. Great job guys!

The gentleman who installed my tv did was quick and friendly. He was sure to explain everything we needed to know. After a lot of turmoil around securing the TV, it was great that this process was so easy.

The techs called me in advance as to projected arrival time. They arrived well within the projected timeline. They were courteous, worked a a team, accomplished all of my setup requirements, made sure all the settings were correct, set up my apps, cleaned up and would definitely use again.

Keith and another gentlemen were very quick, knowledgable, and helpful in setting everything up including the updating of apps on the tv. I struggled with the legs myself so I hired the professionals (geek squad) they're the best.

Well geek squad came out 2 hrs late and couldn’t install my tv cuz the wrong team came out. They were rude, late, and not prepared. A week later geek geek squad sent out a couple guys from a sound advice tv and sound. Those guys were AMAZING! They came in got to work did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves! I’m calling those guys from now on.

Very good job installing and optioning my Sony Flatscreen, Soundbar and Subwoofer, and Blu-Ray DVD. Useful user instructions. Both representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jaymi from Geek Squad was great. He had patience with us when we asked a lot of questions. He transferred everything from our 10 year old computer & the things that could not be transferred, he reloaded for us.

ANOTHER BENEFIT IF BEING A "TOTAL TECH MEMBER". I PUCHASED THE TV ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, IT WAS DELIVERED THAT SAME DAY. BEST BUY INSTALLED IT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS REPLACING A TV THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AFTER ONLY FOUR YEARS (THAT TV WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY). I MUST SAY, ALL FUTURE ELECTRONICS WILL BE PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AS IS THE NEW TV (A SAMSUNG 50" SMART TV) ONCE AGAIN BEST BUY AND THE GEEK SQUAD CAME THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS!! I WILL BE A FOREVER A "TOTAL TECH MEMBER" SUPPORTER! THANK YOU "GEEK SQUAD" AND BEST BUY!!

Ted was fantastic! Knowledgeable, honest and patient with me. I have never had a smart tv. He set everything up and explained everything. He gave me his number to text him if I had questions. He deserves a raise!

They were professional. They called before arrival to say they were on their way. When they arrived they asked if I wanted them to wear shoe covers before entering my home. They set up the t.v., walked me through the programming. They were the best!

I'm glad the technicians were the ones installing my tv. They set everything up and explained everything in terms that even I can understand. They were patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Awesome staff came to house and put TV on wall. Friendly staff. Answered questions. There was a little confusion regarding the info. Made one call and everything was sorted out.

Keith is the technician who brought and installed my new TV. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would and he went right to work. It didn't take him very long to do the installation and he explained everything he was doing. He also moved my old TV to the family room and set it up. Geek Squad is very fortunate to have an employee like Keith!!! I hope you appreciate him.

the installation was good. Had a problem with a cracked screen and it was replaced in 3 days. The men were all very professional and did all that I asked. Thank you very much.

The (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great and swift job of connecting my new Samsung QLED TV. Very happy that I decided to let the Geek Squad do the setup because it went so quickly and they also answered all of my questions and reviewed with me all of the options of this great TV.

Having never used the Geek Squad before -- we just graduated to a big-screen smart TV -- I did not know what to expect. As it turned out, the Geek Squad folks who showed up at our house were terrific. In addition to setting up our TV quickly and smoothly, they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure our viewing experience would be just right.
